CORE VALUES

1. The Authority of the Word of God
All Scripture is God-breathed (2 Tim. 3:16).

We affirm the Bible as the final authority in all matters of faith and life. Every course, discussion, and assignment is rooted in Scripture, training students to rightly handle the Word of God (2 Tim. 2:15).

2. Priority of Worship
Love the Lord your God with all your heart… (Matt. 22:37).

Worship is not just an activity but a posture of life. Our training emphasizes a heart of worship in learning, ministry, and personal devotion.

3. Centrality of the Local Church
The church is the pillar and support of the truth (1 Tim. 3:15).

Ministry training must serve the church. We equip leaders to build up the body of Christ, in submission to and partnership with their local church.

4. Personal Holiness
Be holy as I am holy (1 Pet. 1:16).

God’s servants must not only know truth, but live it. We cultivate spiritual disciplines, Christlike character, and accountability as essential parts of ministry preparation.

5. Responsibility of Stewardship
It is required of stewards that they be found faithful (1 Cor. 4:2).

Every gift, opportunity, and resource is from the Lord and for His glory. We teach students to steward time, knowledge, and calling with faithfulness.
